As standard we provide all our small homes as a block build to offer
the highest quality finish.
By using a block build this will last a lifetime unlike timber finishes which tend to have less insulation that leads to additional heating costs. Also wood can warp over short periods of time that lead into costs to replace the doors, windows or even wood panels in general.
Small Homes builds are fully insulated with 70mm insulation panels onthe ground, walls and ceiling. We can upgrade to 90mm insulation if
required.

We offer a full levelling and foundation if needed. This is all depending whether we are building your Small Home on a concrete surface or maybe it could be on grass within a garden area. We can advise on what will work best so that you’re Small Home will last a lifetime!
When we have the build completed we do an external plaster skim. This then is ready for painting or applying a feature to the outside (see more information below for these options/External Building Wrap).
