We a high quality finish as well as a multitude of extras to help you realise your perfect space.
Lighting
As standard we fit all the LED downlighting from the ceiling and have all electrical sockets applied where instructed. We also have external downlights integrated into the roof.
Heating
There are mainly 3 options around this. As standard we can leave it set up for general electrical heating or integrate underfloor heating. But sometimes we add gas coming from the main build. This can be led from piping from the main source (generally a house or office building).
Flooring
Part of the completed finish is to add laminate flooring. We offer a selection to choose from. We have the floors 100% levelled before applying floor boards.
Walls/Ceiling
As all our builds are completed with insulation panels throughout we then have each Internal wall and ceiling painted white or a neutral ‘move in’ colour. Skirting boards are included on each wall. We also run through options to Add a feature wall for the inside. This will be provided based on the actual design project itself.
Doors/Windows
With our design we decide with you if you wish to have single or double doors.

Landscaping
While we are in the middle of the project we can offer a landscaping design for the garden if this is required. These add ons are fencing, garden or ground levelling, paving and general garden designs.
External Building Wrap
This is our Speciality! One main feature we offer is a premium external building wrap. By doing this we can produce Any image or design you wish to use. For example, maybe the build is an office and you want the general contemporary wood finish, we can print and wrap the building to the exact shade or type of wood you desire unlike having just a small selection to choose from for the general wood finishes. Or maybe its a building for you son or daughter and want it wrapped in a princess finish or a graffiti style we can do anything you desire (might have to mock some of these up)
